To achieve higher finishing quality on water or solvent-based sprayed product, the solution may be to create a pressurized finishing system.
The pressurization system is designed to inject an airflow just higher than the one sucked by the finishing plant centrifugal fans. This guarantees a constant overpressure within the finishing space, hence avoiding dust and other pollutants entering the spraying environment.
The airflow is injected from the pressurization group within the finishing space through a proper airflow diffusion and filtration plenum. The plenum design guarantees a proper uniform airflow distribution and a fix airflow speed, avoiding the creation of turbulences inside the spraying environment.
Moreover, it is also possible to create the entire pressurized room. This is made of thermal insulating sandwich panels (booth walls and roof), containing an insulator based on polyurethane resins. A sliding gate and an emergency door allow the operators to easily access the environment and handle the products. The lightning is ensured by wide windows installed on the overall walls and by led ceiling lights on the roof.
