Pressurized Finishing System

To achieve the highest finishing quality it is mandatory to rely on a highly efficient finishing system. The pressurized finishing system is the ideal solution to obtain improved surface finishing quality and accuracy because the whole spraying environment is kept constantly overpressure avoiding the entrance of any pollutants.

The pressurized system is made of a perimeter structure (walls and roof) with thermal insulating sandwich panels, injected with highly thermal insulating polyurethane resin. The operators can enter the room through one gate with sliding doors to handle products as well as an emergency door. The room is lightened with wide windows mounted on the walls and LED ceiling lights on the roof.

Proper airflow handling units keep the desired pressurization, while heating can be achieved in different ways: hot water heat exchanger, exchanger with combustion chamber including an (LPG/methane/diesel) burner, and airstream burner.

All the pressurization systems are equipped with entering airflow filters (folded or pockets). A proper filtration and diffusion plenum – installable on the roof or walls – spreads the air within the room. On the back of the room, where sprayed products are temporarily stored, two aspiration columns are installed to guarantee fumes suction from the drying process. The electric panel commands all the system features, including temperature setting, also thanks to proper thermal regulation components (valves, probes, dampers…).

FLOOR SUCTION GRATES

If necessary, the overspray suction can be realized on the floor instead of on the wall. In this case, a “hole” is created beneath the spraying space which contains a variable number of cartridges filters that can be replaced once exhausted.

The suction flow is from top to under, and it conveys the polluted airflow into the cartridges filters. A proper pipeline is laid as to expel the airflow into the atmosphere.

The floor suction grate is made of steel grates properly supported by a steel structure.
